Sponsors

Everyone who wishes to sponsor ARIOLAS BV can do so at any time. The sponsorship can consist of smaller amounts from 10 EURO on, but any amount higher is also welcome. Those who sponsor do so for a good cause (millions of children who use TalkieDokie® for free!), but will also later receive a share of the dividends and company valuation of ARIOLAS BV. Sponsorships can be made at any time during the existence of ARIOLAS BV.

The sponsorship will not be booked as B shares, but as provision of working capital, with the associated obligation of ARIOLAS BV to pay out to each sponsor a pro rata of sponsored amount versus total sponsored amounts and as portion (10%) of the dividends paid out by ARIOLAS BV, if any, and/or by allocating a total of 10% of the ARIOLAS BV company valuation to the sponsors. This 10% allocation is ad vitam eternam, and is ceded from the 1/3rd of the A shareholder(s). This 10% is then distributed among all sponsors, in proportion to each sponsoring sum contributed, and with a degressive rate, as time passes before someone sponsors. A permanently available overview of the amounts contributed as a sponsorship ring, with a unique code number, date and amount of the balance in case of a dividend payment, and in case a company valuation is achieved, will be available in transparent form on a special section of the ARIOLAS BV website.

Sponsors will also receive a TalkieDokie® hug, T-shirts and other paraphernalia at regular intervals.
