Investeerders die liever wensen in te tekenen op converteerbare leningen die het bedrijf uitschrijft zullen 3 % interest per jaar ontvangen, tot op het ogenblik van de &#8211; vrijwilige &#8211; conversie naar aandlen, aan de prijs van de waarde van het bedrijf op het moment van de conversie, maar met een korting van 25
